菲律賓耀漢小兄弟會
2004年，本會由蘇恆泰蒙席介紹，由當地Montelibano家族捐獻給本會12公頃土地，為建設學校和會院聖堂，並於2004年6月24日由達義家長及立珊老家長率團來 Baclod簽訂合約，主教Vicente M.Navarra 舉行奠基禮。同年由Bacolod教區劉蒙席推薦，當地主教批准建立會院和創辦一所農業專科學校幫助當地窮困學生來就讀。修會先派首批大陸兄弟到菲律賓協助修會建立會院並創辦大學，並派多瑪兄弟在菲律賓培育大陸初學生。在此期間，修會首先創辦了一所示範農場，包括四公頃水稻種植，二公頃果園，二公頃菜園及十個魚塘，另有養豬場，養雞場，乳牛及水牛等畜牧養殖事項。
2008 年蘇達義神父來菲服務，負責菲律賓團體，培育聖召，先後招收菲律賓籍、中國籍和越南籍聖召，並成立初學院。發願後的兄弟被分別派送到馬尼拉、加拿大、中國大陸、越南讀神學。2009 年多瑪兄弟退休，並由達義兄弟主持會務。2012 年成立鳴遠農業技術學院。
Little Brothers of Congregation of St. John the Baptist in Philippines
In 2004, the Congregation was introduced by Rev. MSGR. John Su, and 12 hectares of land was donated to the Congregation by the local Montelibano family for the construction of local school and the seminary church. On June 2004 a delegation came to Baclod to sign the contract, and Bishop Vicente M.Navarra lays the foundation stone. In the same year recommended by Mgr Liu of the Diocese of Bacolod, the local bishop approved the establishment of a congregation house and the establishment of an agricultural college to help poor local students to study. The congregation sent the first batch of mainland China brothers to the Philippines to assist the congregation in establishing a congregation and establishing a university, and delegated Brother Duoyu (多瑪兄弟) to nurture mainland China students in the Philippines. During this period, the congregation first established a demonstration farm, including four hectares of rice cultivation, two hectares of orchards, two hectares of vegetable gardens and ten fish ponds, as well as pig farms, chicken farms, dairy cattle and buffalo and other livestock breeding works.
In 2008, Father Stanislaus Su came to Philippines to serve, and in charge of Filipino congregation groups and nurture vocations. He successively recruited Filipino, Chinese and Vietnamese vocations, and established a junior vocational college. Those brothers after the vows, were sent to Manila, Canada, mainland China, and Vietnam to study theology. In 2009, Father Thomas Sung (CSJB) retired, and Father Stanislaus Su looked after the congregation . In 2012, Mingyuan Agricultural Technology College was established.
On December 28, 2014, was the inauguration ceremony of the school chapel. Bishop Martin Su Yao wen (穌耀文) of Taichung and the Taiwanese Ambrassdor Lin Song Huan (林鬆煥) came to the ceremony. In the same year it was the first batch of Philippine brothers issued their lifelong vows, namely: Augustine (Chinese nationality), Francis (Philippine nationality) and Vincent (Philippine nationality). In the same year the congregation also held its 10th Anniversary celebration in Philippines. In 2015, Brother Wendu (文都兄弟), Brother Shijie (士傑兄弟), Brother Guosheng (國盛兄弟) and Brother Quanhui (全惠兄弟) came to service in Philippines from the mainland China.
On February 6, 2016, Brothers Wendu, Shijie and Quanhui were promoted to the Holy Order of Deacons in Philippines. This was the first batch of Holy Order ordained Deacons by the congregation in Philippines. In August 2016, Brother Wendu and Brother Quanhui returned to the mainland China to be ordained priests. After being ordained as priest, Brother Wendu was dispatched from Philippines to serve in Toronto, Canada. Brother Shijie was ordained as priest in the Philippines on November 30, 2017. This was the first ordination ceremony in the Philippines congregation. On the same day, a road with a length of about 1,200 meters was named Mingyuan Avenue. This is the only road that was named after our founder Lei Mingyuan, Rev. Vincent Lebbe.
